A cozy holiday home on the slopes of Käränkävaara fell in a peaceful location. The cabin offers a beautiful view down the slope toward Lake Käränkälampi and Lake Pielinen. Located 76 km north of Joensuu, Lake Käränkälampi 380 m (length 2 km, width 1.5 km) with a shallow, gently sloping shared sandy beach. Additionally, Koli Camping, 2.5 km away on the shores of Lake Pielinen, offers a long sandy beach. Woden cabin, built in 2012, features a living room/kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes a bathroom, a sauna with an electric sauna stove, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (it includes two thin toppers, allowing the beds to be separated if needed) and the other with two single beds. There is also a WC upstairs. The cabin is equipped with a stereo system with a CD player and Bluetooth. The scenic terrace has garden furniture and a ski storage area. From the parking area, there are stairs leading to the cabin. The illuminated ski trail 500 m. Ukko-Koli ski slopes 8 km. The area also offers excellent berry and mushroom picking opportunities. Travel cot available for a small child (does not include blanket, pillow or linen). Please note that no car heating socket is available. Reservations start at 16:00 and end at 12:00 on the day of departure.
