140 km northeast of Oulu, location at the tourist resort of Iso-Syöte, on the slope of the fell. Apartment in a wooden semi-detached house, built in 2008. Illuminated walkway leads up to the fells. At the foot of the hill a lift station, restaurant, program services etc. At the top of the fell is a hotel and panorama restaurant. Pets are allowed for extra fee. Syöte National Park and Nature Center 2.5 km along the footway, 4 km by road. Ski Resort Pikku-Syöte 5.5 km. In winter season, a ski bus runs from Oulu to Syöte daily. Operates via Oulu Airport. On weekdays bus from Pudasjärvi to Syöte and back. Always check both timetables in advance!
